wir sind extra vüber Berlin nach Paris gefahren wegen unserer Behinderten netto bin Montag dem 31.10.22 Drähteind zum DisNeuseeland gefahiern wr war spät da Äh 14h wir haben gedacht und gelesen sterbende Türen bleibt für sterbende Besucher bis Nacht offen wir war zwei erwachsen und zwei freundlicher mit zwei Schwerbehindertenenauschwist einm Eingang hatt erst gesagt keine FahrKartemehr müssen sie nurne kaufde wichr haben wegen unseher seinhinderung gebitet und gesagt wirkommen extra von Berlin Hatte uns gesAgent gehen sdh Kartenschalter und kaufen sie hat uns lang gedauert bei Schlangekostet und normalerweise mit behinderter Ausweiß k.oeingestellt belig und lang gedmehr als 30 Minuten mit Bürokayeine Krawatte und Unterlagen wir war sauer und nervös mit der Zeit verÜberlieferungndanach wir haben bissen Spaß nur 3 Stunden gemacht Äh 17h30 sie sagt die Sicherheit zu uns wann sie bitte von this seit raus weil um 18h 30 ist ein Feuerwerk PräsenatIon ich Hagesagt werden wir sind grade gekommen uund wir haben nicht viele Zeit benutz hatte unsnicht resspektieren ich war sehr sauer undtraurig von diese Leute und mein kunabhängigr Weinen ganz Zeit wirGen nettht mehr bleiben und keine spaß mehr Machen sie lassen andre Leute und kommt nur zu uns leidäh wir sind eintaucht und chlechte behandelt mit meine Familie Mann hört von Disneyland ist mehr Spaß und besonderes für behinderte Kinder Ich möchte bei ihnen unser Recht und unser bitte wir haben viele Geld und Zeit Ausgegeben für diese Reise von Deutschland nach paris wegen unser kinder unser Anspruch auf Gutschein für Eintrittskarte für ganz Familie _ für unsere Verletzung und unser Respekt für Vertrauen zuknft bei desneylad Mit freundlichen Grüße Familie Bouzidi User's recommendation: Beschwerde

So fed up with Disney , big company no help, .trying to pay for a premium pass but the app locked and no help to unlock They dont deserve to be in business Wtf

My phone drop in the line of star wars train due to the staff. They start the train even people shouting not to star because the phone was laying in the train.

Hello.booked a magical trip to Disney paris for 5 in the sequoia lodge from March 27/30. it's the grand daughters first introduction to personnel contact to the magic, but I have tried since booking on January the 6th, too date , impossible to reserve the garden plaza or rain forest ,despite using totally flexible booking options .I have tried just reserving for 2/3/4/5 people at any time after arrival so she will not miss out ,but have been unsusessful even with a full dining plan. Expect to arrive at hotel approximately 4pm. Would it be advisable to seek help at hotel services ,or can you advise how I can avoid disappointment. Yours respectfully Ian . User's recommendation: Would seem popular character dining is too be booked 2/3months in advance of holiday booking maybe even longer.how ever you can't book untill you have a booking reference so it would seem very early planning is required too avoid disappointment.

Lack of provision for Coeliacs

We have just returned to UK from Disneyland Paris and we all (5 adults & 2 children) had a wonderful time, especially my granddaughters. Unfortunately life was not easy for my daughter when it came to eating in the restaurants as she has Coeliac disease. The restaurants all offered vegan options, which caters for a lifestyle choice not a life changing disease. Statistically there are as many people with Coeliac disease as there are those that choose to become vegan but veganism is more vocal. We really enjoyed the Princess Meal but despite our travel agent informing of my daughters dietary needs at least one year in advance, no arrangements had been made other than eating the chicken without a sauce and yet again fruit salad for dessert. There was also a small boy there that I overheard his mum say was also coeliac and he had even less choice. Perhaps this is something the Park can look into and with a few adjustments and planning all the visitors can feel catered for and included. Overall we really enjoyed our week at Disneyland Paris. Thanks

We went with a severe coeliac yesterday and brought along gluten free snacks. All he could find was chicken and chips and then chips and ice cream. There needs to be better food available and better understanding of the condition that requires gluten free food and environments Disney happily caters for those who made a lifestyle choice of vegan or vegetarianism but do not cater for those with a life threatening non life-choice condition.

Did you research meal offerings ahead of time? I'm confused as to whether you were expecting the park eateries to have added special meals for your granddaughter?

Mickey mouse is partly everyone favourite Disney mascot so Disney will lose population and no-one will be coming any more.

Disney+ offer

I had a chat on the disneyland Paris website. I've recently purchased my tickets and hotel package and wanted to redeem the free 1-year free Disney+ offer. The rep said I'm not eligible since I don't live in the UK. I paid just as everyone else, and since Disney+ is a global service, I demand to be treated just like every other person who ordered through the website but lives in the UK or anywhere else for that matter! Denying someone the right to a promotional offer based on where they live is discrimination and even racial! Sincerely, Shlomi

Problem with my reservation

I had a problem with my reservation on Disneyland Paris park and I couldn't find an email for contact. The only way to get your problem fixed is by calling on the phone and wait for 10 minutes at a time. I admit that customer service was excellent, but I could prefer to have the option of contacting via email too.
